If you replaced a wheel, tire, TPMS sensor, etc. and are now getting a warning light on your car, then the sensor needs to be reset. To relearn, turning off or reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light on your Fiat Tipo, follow these steps:

  1. Stop the vehicle in a safe place and turn the engine switch off and engage the parking brake.

  2. Let the tires cool, then adjust the tire inflation pressure recommended on the tire placard located on the door panel.

  3. Turn the engine switch to the “ON” position

  4. Locate and press the SET button until the tire pressure warning light blinks 2 times and a beep sound is heard once.

  1. I have a Fiat Tipo 2018 diesel and it doesn’t have the ‘Set’ button shown above, I’ve checked the manual and it refers you the ‘reset’ but there is no reset instruction – so frustrating.

    • I too was frustrated like you until I figured out the illustration shown was for a LHD model
      The reset button is 1 of the 6 set of buttons to the right of the steering wheel on a RHD model middle bottom row button below traction control button clearly marked with the tyre symbol
