How To Reset Buick Enclave TPMS Tire Pressure Sensor Light 2012-2017 – The Buick Enclave is a sports utility vehicle of the American manufacturer Buick. He shares since the model year 2008, the Lambda platform from GM with the Acadia and Saturn Outlook models GMC. The basis for the design of the Enclave was a 2003 study Centième, which was first presented at the North American Auto Show. In the model range of the Buick Enclave will replace the Rendezvous and Rainier SUV models and the MPV Terraza.

If you replaced a wheel, tire, TPMS sensor, etc. and are now getting a warning light on your car, then the sensor needs to be reset. To relearn or reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensor on your Buick Enclave you must have a TPMS relearn tool and follow these steps:

  1. Stop the vehicle in a safe place and turn the engine switch off and engage the parking brake.

  2. Turn the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine.

  3. Press and hold unlock and lock buttons on the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) transmitter until horn sounds

  4. Starting from the driver’s side front tire, place the relearn tool against the tire sidewall, near the valve stem. Then press the button to activate the TPMS sensor.

  5. Repeat the procedure on the right-front tire, the right rear tire, and the last one left rear tire.

  6. A horn chirp confirms that the sensor identification code has been matched to this tire and wheel position.

  7. Turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.

  8. Adjust the tire inflation pressure recommended on the tire placard located on the door panel.

  • 2017 Buick Enclave (TPMS) on new vehicle less than 1000 klm. i don't have a tire relearn tool what to do. all tires have 35 lbs of air double checked. I will place Black tape over the light so i can drive the car as there seems no way to turn it off. VERY UNHAPPY. this tool should be provided with the car it coast enough.
    I had the winter tires supplied by dealer just installed but even befor they were installed the (TPMS) was still acting up.
