Time needed: 7 minutes
If you want to perform a Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) calibration on the Mazda RX-8, follow these instructions:
- Turn the ignition key to position “ON” without starting the engine, If your vehicle has Smart key button, press the “Start” button twice without touching the brake pedal.
- Moving the steering wheel full lock left then full lock right.
- Note that the DSC OFF and car skid light have gone out
- Turn the ignition off and then start the engine to verify that the DSC related lights have been reset
