2006-2011 Buick Lucerne Timing Marks Diagram (3.9 L Engine) – The Buick Lucerne is a full-size car sold by Buick. Introduced at the 2005 Chicago Auto Show, the Lucerne replaced both the Park Avenue and the LeSabre for 2006 and was sold until 2011. The Lucerne was built in the H platform, shared with the late Pontiac Bonneville. Introduced at the Motor Show in New York in 2007, the Lucerne Super was the most powerful and luxurious version of the model.

Align the crankshaft timing marks (1) to the timing mark on the bottom of the timing chain tensioner (2). Align the timing mark on the camshaft gear (3) with the timing mark on top of the timing chain tensioner (4).
