2007-2012 Dodge Nitro Valve Timing Marks (3.7 L V6 Engine) – The Dodge Nitro is a compact SUV, which was built from 2006 to 2011. In June 2007, the Dodge Nitro has been introduced in the German market, almost a year after its launch on the American market. While he was in North America is only available with two petrol engines, a diesel engine of the Italian VM Motori was offered in Europe.
The power transmission takes place at the 3.7-liter V6 engine with a four-speed automatic and the 4.0-liter V6 with a five-speed automatic transmission by Mercedes-Benz. The diesel, however, came with a manual six-speed transmission, the five-speed automatic was optional. From 2008 to the Nitro was offered in Germany only with a diesel engine.
