2005-2014 Vauxhall Zafira Tyre Pressure Monitoring System Light Reset – The second-generation Zafira was built like the previous generation based on the Astra, this time based on the Opel Astra H launched in 2004. If you replaced a wheel, tire, TPMS sensor, etc. and are now getting a warning light on your car, then the sensor needs to be reset. Follow these steps to reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor (TPMS) light on your Vauxhall Zafira:
- Stop the vehicle in a safe place
Turn the engine switch off and engage the parking brake.
- Adjust the tire inflation pressure recommended on the tire placard
The tire placard located on the door panel.
- Turn the ignition switch to the “ON” position without starting the engine
If your car equipped with ignition button, press the Start/Stop button without press the brake pedal
- Press the DDS button for 5 seconds
The tyre pressure indicator light will flash three times.
- Finally, turn the ignition off and start the engine to verify the indicator has been reset.
