If you replaced a wheel, tire, TPMS sensor, etc. and are now getting a warning light on your car, then the sensor needs to be reset. To reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light on your 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 Peugeot 2008, follow these steps:

  1. Stop the vehicle in a safe place and turn the engine switch off and engage the parking brake.

  2. Adjust the tire inflation pressure recommended on the tire placard located on the door panel.

  3. Turn the engine switch to the “ON” position

  4. Open glove box, Locate and press the tire pressure warning reset button until the tire pressure warning light blinks 3 times.

  5. Wait for a few minutes with the engine switch in the “ON” position

  • Turn the engine switch to the “ON” position
  • Press the MENU button located on the audio system
  • Tap the Driving menu.
  • In the secondary page, select “Under-inflation initialisation”.
  • Confirm the instruction by pressing “Yes”

  1. I carried out a routine tyre pressure check on my 69 plate 2008. All 4 tyres required just a small amount of air, once complete I went to menu/vehicle, initialising tyres chevron, it flashed blue. I seem to recall that previously it flashed green. Am I imagining this ?
