Reset Guide: Kia Sorento Oil Wrench Service Light (2014-2021) – The Kia Sorento manufactured by the South Korean car manufacturer Kia Motors. Today Sorento is marketed in numerous countries around the world. In Malaysia it is sold as Naza Sorento.
In 2014 Kia Sorento presented the third series. Starting sales in 2015. It is one of the first KIA to debut its new design language, designed by Peter Schreyer, former Audi designer and current KIA chief designer.

The service light will flash each time you turn on the ignition when your vehicle exceeds the specified service interval. The service interval must be adjusted after performed maintenance on your vehicle. Here is how to reset the service light on 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 2021 Kia Sorento:
- Place the ignition to the ON position without starting the engine
If your vehicle has the keyless starting system, press the ENGINE START/STOP button twice without pressing the brake pedal
- Go to the ⚙️ USER SETTINGS mode by pressing the ❐ MODE button repeatedly
The button is located on the steering wheel
- Find and select SERVICE INTERVAL
Use the navigation switch to scroll and press OK button to enter the menu
- Make sure you activate the service interval function by giving a check mark
In this menu you can set a maintenance reminder at a specific interval by adjust the Time or Distance
- Use the navigation switch to change the digit value. Press the OK button to confirm the changes.
