With Audio Display 1
Time needed: 7 minutes
Follow these instructions if your vehicle is 2005 2006 2007 model years.
- Turn on the ignition without starting the engine
Make sure your vehicle is stopped
- Go to MAINTENANCE menu by pressing the TRIP button repeatedly
The button is located on the centre console
- Scroll down and select ENGINE OIL
Use the joystick to scroll and press ENTER to select
- You can reset or set the distance for service interval on this menu
Select the MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE to set the maintenance interval, or select RESET to reset the interval
With Audio Display 2
- Turn on the ignition without starting the engine
- Press the INFO button to display information menu
- Scroll to MAINTENANCE menu by using navigation button and then press ENTER button to select
- Select ENGINE OIL or REMINDER 1
- Select the INTERVAL to set the maintenance at a specific interval, or select RESET DISTANCE to reset the interval
With Cluster Knob
- Turn on the ignition without starting the engine
- Go to SETTINGS mode by pressing the INFO knob repeatedly
- In the setting mode screen rotate the INFO knob to move to MAINTENANCE menu
- Select ENGINE OIL
- You can set an engine oil reminder at a specific interval or select RESET on this menu
2nd Generation (2016-2021)
The second generation is today’s latest models, this generation was introduced since 2016. Here’s how to reset the maintenance oil light on the latest generation of Nissan Armada:
With Cluster Button
- Press the ENGINE START STOP button two times without depressing the brake pedal
- Go to SETTINGS mode by pressing the ❏ button repeatedly
- In the setting mode screen press the ⚈ button to move to MAINTENANCE menu
- Select OIL
- You can set an engine oil reminder at a specific interval or select RESET on this menu
- Press the ⚈ button to reset and then press ❏ button to confirm
With Steering Button
- Turn on the ignition without starting the engine
- Go to SETTINGS mode by pressing the ◄ ► navigation button
- In the setting mode screen use the ▲▼ button to move to MAINTENANCE menu
- Select OIL
- You can set an engine oil reminder at a specific interval or select RESET on this menu
- When a confirmation message appears, select YES to execute the oil reset
