- Open the liftgate using the switch or the Intelligent Key and adjust it to the desired position.
- While holding the liftgate in position, press and hold the power back door switch located on the liftgate until 4 beeps are heard.
- The liftgate will open to the selected position setting.

My 2014 Toyota Sienna power liftgate will close fine using button on liftgate and also will CLOSE using the inside switch. My continued issue is that the inside switch will NOT OPEN the liftgate no matter what I try doing. It unlatches the liftgate, starts to lift, then gives two beeps and closes the electric latch again. I have to get out press the button above license plate and manually lift the gate.
