Reset Guide: Saturn Sky Engine Oil Change Light (2007-2009) – The Saturn Sky is a sports car manufactured by Saturn. Sky debuted as a concept car at the 2005 North American International Auto Show, but as early as the first quarter of 2006, Saturn unveiled a car production version for 2007.
The car uses the GM Kappa platform it shares with Pontiac Solstice. The design of the Sky, developed by Franz von Holzhausen, is based on the Opel Speedster. The G2X and GT are only offered in South Korea and Europe respectively.

When the system has calculated that oil life has exceeded the specified service interval, a CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON message will come on. You must perform an oil change on your vehicle and reset the system. Here is how to reset the oil life light on 2007 2008 2009 Saturn Sky:
- Place the ignition to the RUN position without starting the engine
If your vehicle has the keyless starting system, hold down the ENGINE START/STOP button without pressing the brake pedal
- Press the INFO and ⏎ buttons simultaneously to enter the personalization menu
The buttons are located on the steering wheel
- Display the OIL LIFE RESET menu
Press the INFO button to scroll through the available menu
- Press and hold the ⏎ button until the ACKNOWLEDGED appears on the display
This mean tell you the Oil Life system has been reset
- Verify the indicator has been reset by starting the engine
