Hi guys, my daughter's 2008 laredo has the TPMS light on the dash and when toggling the left steering wheel button up or down there is "NO" display that says " tire pressure" that can be selected!!! Why would you post that there is?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Grand Cherokee 2018
I can't delete fult codes and can't relearn the sensor by OBD tool
Please help me ASAP
If this is a wheel you’ve always had your tpms sensor might have a dead battery and if so would need to be replaced. I’m no expert on this though, on here hoping to find a pressure sensor relearn procedure but no such luck. (Mine are old and definitely need to be replaced)
Tire Pressure option is nowhere to be found? 2012 Grand Cherokee...Help
JEEP DEALER TOLD ME THAT ONLY A "GENUINE JEEP TPM WHEEL SENSOR" WILL WORK CORRECTLY, NO AFTER MARKET PARTS WILL WORK. AND THAT PART IS @ $126.00. WHERE AT O'RIELLYS AUTO PARTS A VDO SENSOR IS $38.00. IS JEEP THAT GREEDY?
Yes they are that greedy. Why would they tell you to go buy parts for cheaper somewhere else? There are lots of aftermarket parts that will fit, I usually go with "standard motor products" brand as they work and fit like factory parts and are already programmed to work with that specific vehicle. While some other aftermarket sensors are universal fit, meaning the sensor itself has to be programmed to the correct frequency or cloned to match the old dead sensor # before installing.
I replaced a dead auto battery and my existing tpms would not register, but showed x's on the dash. I went to my tire store and they said i had one bad tpms battery and it was best to replace them all. It's a 2014 Jeep GC, so i said ok, that was a week ago and they still show x's. Can you tell me how to reset the tpms sensor light?
Hi Jose, did you end finding a solution? I might be going thru the same at the moment with a faulty TPM sensor, I bought an original MOPAR, not at the dealership and my car is still showing an X to that sensor reading.
Thanks!
Same as several others. There is nothing displayed under the vehicle info menu regarding tire pressure, (trans temp, oil psi, coolant temp, engine hours), but tire pressure? Nada.
I am working on a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Laredo) diesel. There is no TPMS information from the Menu area?? Found two bad sensor RF with dead battery, LR sensor completely separated from the valve stem. Replaced both now trying to reset the TPMS light. Turn key to ACC the TPMS light goes out. But when I touch the brake pedal the light comes back on??? Any tips anyone in this forum would be appreciated.

I'm just trying to figure out how to display the tire pressure on my instrument panel -- I know the TPMS works properly as it did when I first bought my 2016 Grand Cherokee but after playing around with the DID, somehow it's not displaying anymore ... any thoughts would be much appreciated! Thanks!!
My wife's 2005 JEEP Grand Cherokee does NOT HAVE the "up and down" buttons on the steering wheel or anywhere else...What's up with that? Secondly there are only four units, one in each of the wheels on the ground and none in the full sized spare as described in the owner's manual----HUH?? This has all been not as described anywhere...does this have something to do with the 2005 model being the first year of a new "generation" or what?
