How to Reset Vehicle Information Display on Nissan Murano – Japanese car manufacturer, Nissan finally issued the latest version of the Murano 2015 models. Latest Murano launches its first appearance in the arena of the Los Angeles Auto Show (Laas) in 2014 in the United States. Nissan claims, Murano 2015 one million looks better than the second generation. In addition to his appearance that looks fresher, now sport utility vehicle (SUV) is more luxurious and got a number of advanced technology and a more refined engine.

Nissan Murano comes in eight types of options include S FWD, S AWD, SV FWD, SV AWD, SL FWD, SL AWD, FWD Platinum, and Platinum AWD. All types of Murano 2015 have been equipped with a V6 3.5-liter engine with a power capacity of over 260 HP and 240 lb-ft of torque. The engine is assisted by the Xtronic CVT transmission that has been updated so as to provide spontaneous acceleration without waiting for the high-rev engine. When compared with the previous generation, the new Nissan Murano claimed more fuel-efficient approximately 20 percent.

How to Reset Vehicle Information Display on Nissan Murano:

Time needed: 7 minutes

The easiest way to reset the mpg, speed, distance, time screen on the Nissan Murano just PUSH the small button with the 2 squares on it to ‘change screens’, WHEN YOU GET TO THE SCREEN with the above information on it that you want to reset, HOLD DOWN THIS BUTTON for about 3-5 seconds, and all the information will reset. But if you want to reset Vehicle Information Display globally, follow these instructions:

  1. Press the MENU button (the small button with the 2 squares on it)

  2. Use the arrow button to select SETTINGS

  3. Scroll down and select “Factory Reset”

  4. Select “YES” to return all settings back to default by pressing the OK button.
