  • my nissan rogue 2017 doesn't have power lift gate inside the car how can i reset whit fob. i can only open with hand no power lift gate inside

  • Considering I have basically the same issue as that above ,which hasn't been answered, I have little hope of a resolution. Just bought 2018 Rogue & had to charge car battery, now smart key fob won't open the tailgate. Gate responds with opening sounds , then quickly locks back without moving. Have tried all suggestions, incl. holding gate button for 4/5 beeps. Mine only beeps twice no matter how many times I try. I also have no inside panel Off/ON switch/button Trying to read manual (4 books) is ridiculous, considering I'm 72+ and wish I had never got this 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport. Hoping there will be a response.
