How To Reset Jeep Commander TPMS Tire Pressure Light (2006-2010) – Jeep product is indeed the impression grim and tough though of course it back to the tastes of each individual. Interestingly, Commander is also equipped with three sunroofs called Command View. Commander uses a five-gear automatic transmission speed and is equipped with four-wheel drive although several sub-variants are also available in the two-wheel drive system.

How To Reset Jeep Commander TPMS Tire Pressure Light (2006-2010):

Time needed: 7 minutes

If you receive a low-tire-pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning light while driving and you want to clear or turning off the warning light on your 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 Jeep Commander, follow these instructions:

  1. Make sure the vehicle is at a complete stop

  2. Turn ignition to ON without starting the engine

  3. Adjust the tire inflation pressure recommended on the tire placard located on the door panel.

  4. Driving for a few miles (kilometers), calibration will complete after 20 minutes of cumulative driving at least 25 km/h (16 mph), and then verify that it turns off.

Note: When filling warm tires, the tire pressure may need to be increased up to an additional 4 psi (30 kPa).

  • If you have not replaced your tpms sensor with a new one, and you get the warning light, and your tires are properly inflated you need to replace the battery in the sensor or perhaps the sensor itself.

  • Tried this method time and again. You can however take the vehicle to a reputable tire dealer. They have a meter the hold never to the tire to tell if the sensor is still operating in each tire. All mine are working. Still get the light. Lol!
